Recently, an Independent Research Firm surveyed a representative sample of all of Cascade’s clients throughout the UK. Nearly 100 responses listed Cascade’s core competencies as our staff, product performance and cost of our service. In fact, when asked the difference between Cascade and our competitors, a high majority of the answers noted the key differential as personal service.
Out of a maximum score of 3, clients rated Cascade 2.61 with the lower scores simply being attributed to product range. In response to this management embarked upon a hot drinks range to best fit the outstanding needs of our customer base.
Cascade now supports over 15,000 domestic and 2,500 commercial customers throughout the UK, including prestigious names including The Arcadia Group (Top Shop, Burtons, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins etc.), Coca-Cola, NHS hospitals and several major financial institutions.
CERTIFICATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
2003 – ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems certification achieved with minimal changes to existing systems
2008 – Cascade was proud to receive a rarely awarded and much coveted ‘Certificate of Achievement’ for Commitment to Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare from the Managing Director of Peninsular Business Services
2011 – Achieved R.O.S.P.A certification in relation to general Health & Safety
2011 – After industry consultation further developed existing Environmental Policy to deal with even more green issues
2012 – Achieved C.H.A.S certification in relation to Health & Safety
2012/13 – Launched Cascade’s Vending arm and forged a partnership with Kraft Foods / Kenco Coffee (now Mondelez International)
2014 – Cascade’s application to join the prestigious B.W.C.A (British Water Cooler Association) was accepted by the Association’s Executive Council
